Green is the color that most men get wrong before they even try it. They go too bright, too military, or too washed out, and the whole thing falls flat. The right shade of green, on a well cut tee with decent fabric weight, is one of the easiest ways to add something to a casual wardrobe without overthinking it. Olive works with almost everything. Forest green earns its place alongside navy and grey as a genuine neutral. Bottle green worn with tan or cream looks considered without being studied. What we were looking for here was not just color but construction. A tee that pills after four washes is not a bargain at any price. These are the ones that get the shade right, hold their shape, and sit well whether you tuck them or leave them out. Good value does not have to mean compromising on any of that.
